The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) is stuck inside Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) head – at least some version of him! “Cameron” is full of bad advice and unsettling ideas, so Y&R fans can expect him to cause a lot more trouble for Sharon as this story moves along.
So far, “Cameron” has been mocking Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) for always wanting to swoop in and save the day.
We’ve also heard “Cameron” remind Sharon that she didn’t deserve all the awful treatment Nick gave her over the years.
During the week of August 19-23, “Cameron” will find new ways to mess with Sharon’s head.
Y&R spoilers say all the mind games will take a toll on Sharon, who’ll be swayed by “Cameron” on certain things.
It might be interesting if “Cameron” starts playing matchmaker. “Cameron” might suggest that if Sharon really wants Nick back despite his betrayals, then she’ll need to get his attention.
“Cameron” might point out that Sharon takes notice when Nick’s holding hands with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) or sharing a warm embrace with his ex.
Maybe “Cameron” will think Sharon needs to give Nick a taste of his own medicine.
That brings us to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), who may find himself heartbroken and single in the not-too-distant future.
Adam can’t avoid the consequences of his Baltimore hookup with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) forever.
That said, there’s no guarantee Adam will immediately reunite with Chelsea after his inevitable breakup from Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Chelsea will no doubt try her hardest to work things out with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) despite her huge mistake.
With Adam lonely and suffering, “Cameron” might suggest he’ll be the perfect wounded baby bird for Sharon to pick up.
Perhaps “Cameron” will send Sharon to seduce Adam and stir up a jealous reaction in Nick.
On the other hand, “Cameron” might take playing Cupid to another level. What if “Cameron” tries to convince Sharon that Adam is a better reunion match for her than Nick?
“Cameron” might argue that Adam’s sinister side and history are more Sharon’s speed. Maybe “Cameron” could argue that Sharon’s wasting time pining for the wrong Newman brother when Adam’s headed into single status.
Whatever the case, “Cameron” will keep giving instructions and making updates to his plans along the way.
