The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) could have a new reason to worry if Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) heals her broken heart. Y&R fans know Faith initially came home because of her breakup with Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines), who suggested they should see other people and dumped her.
Faith was crushed at first, but she’s doing well now that she’s gotten all the tears out of her system.
It may not be long until Faith is ready to put herself back out there and start dating again, especially if she meets someone special.
Faith is quite the social butterfly and always seems to be going off to some party with her friends.
Since Faith is constantly having these hang-out sessions with other people her age, it’d be easy for Y&R to write in a “meet cute” with a new love interest.
Faith might fall for some handsome young man and stir up some issues as a result. Sharon is already a protective mom, but her need to keep Faith safe is at an extreme level right now due to her lack of medication.
Since Sharon is fixating on how she couldn’t save Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes), she’ll be determined to avoid letting anything horrible happen to Faith.
Sharon is also dealing with Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) hallucinations, so those could pop up and warn Sharon that Faith’s new boyfriend is trouble!
“Cameron” might insist the next guy Faith’s interested in is bad news and push Sharon to get rid of him.
That could lead to Sharon plotting some romantic sabotage and trying to eliminate what she views as a threat to Faith’s safety.
Just how far would Sharon go? Could Sharon come up with a fatal scheme with “Cameron” whispering in her ear and pushing her to take a devious route?
Regardless, a storyline involving Faith and a new beau would be interesting, especially since Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) has become so obsessed with Faith lately.
If Faith starts dating a new guy, Lucy might become obsessed with him, too – or maybe she could decide he’s not worthy of Faith and do some scheming of her own.
Whatever the case, our predictions point to Sharon’s mental decline and Lucy’s fixation becoming bigger problems, so we’ll bring you updates on all the escalating drama.
