It’s the moment of truth in this week’s The Young & The Restless spoilers! Billy has a shock for Lily, Diane has a new plan to help Kyle, and Sally presses Adam to confess… but will he?
With Victor waiting in the wings hoping to swoop in and steal Abbott-Chancellor, Billy agreed to take a step back and work behind the scenes while Lily remains the face of the company. But he very quickly changed his mind and now seems to be leaning in the other direction entirely! “I’m gonna fly solo at Abbott-Chancellor,” Billy informs Lily. “Your services are no longer needed.” He can’t be serious… can he?
Diane remains determined to bring Kyle back into the family even after everything he’s done to cut himself out of it. “Maybe we should ask ourselves what would Victor do?” she suggests to Jack as they talk in his office at Jabot. “He is the expert at dirty tactics.” Sitting at his desk, Jack sighs deeply. “I hate lowering myself to his level,” he grumbles. But Diane thinks this could be the solution to their problem. “Well, if it takes a little moral compromise to save our son,” she grins, “I am willing and able to make the sacrifice.”
Billy and Sally were already suspicious that Chelsea and Adam weren’t telling them everything that went on between them while they were visiting Connor. But overhearing the pair mention something that happened one night, their fears went into overdrive. As Billy gently tries to get Chelsea to open up about the secret that’s tearing her apart inside, Sally takes a more direct approach with Adam. “Yes or no,” she demands to know. “Did you sleep with Chelsea in Baltimore?” Will Adam come clean or maintain the lie? And even if he decides to keep the secret, will Chelsea do the same with Billy?
