Another eventful week unfolded in The Young and the Restless, as family disputes, brewing romances, and a shocking disappearance kept Genoa City residents on edge.

From Victor’s relentless schemes to a deepening mystery surrounding Phyllis, here’s a breakdown of the biggest moments from February 17-21, 2025.

Monday, February 17: Redecorating Dilemmas and Unfinished Business

At the Abbott mansion, Diane (Susan Walters) excitedly shared her vision for home renovations, but Jack (Peter Bergman) wasn’t so keen on change.

Concerned about preserving the estate’s legacy, Jack feared Diane’s modern ideas would alter the home’s essence.

Reassuring him of her love for both him and their life together, Diane convinced Jack to trust her judgment.

However, Jack was caught off guard when she insisted they temporarily move out during renovations, refusing to reveal her full plans. Despite his initial hesitation, Jack followed Diane’s lead, and the two enjoyed a romantic evening at the club.

Meanwhile, Kyle (Michael Mealor) ran into Claire (Hayley Erin) at the park and noticed she was upset. She expressed frustration over his reluctance to reschedule dinner with Victor (Eric Braeden), believing that change was possible. However, Kyle remained firm that he didn’t need Victor’s approval.

At Society, Victor questioned Lily (Christel Khalil) about her happiness in returning to her family business. Though she admitted to enjoying the work, she made it clear that she hadn’t forgiven him or Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Before leaving, she requested Victor’s help gathering information on Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers), which he agreed to.

Elsewhere, Audra (Zuleyka Silver) had a tense encounter with Holden (Nathan Owens), ordering him to cut ties and leave town. She didn’t want Nate (Sean Dominic) discovering their past connection. However, Holden wasn’t so eager to walk away, later asking Audra to meet him for a drink before he left.

Tuesday, February 18: Romantic Plans and Business Moves

Jack and Diane spent the evening at the jazz club, where she worked to ease his anxieties over the renovations. She also pitched an idea to relaunch classic Jabot products under a new brand, “Jabot Classic,” which Jack eventually warmed up to. The couple enjoyed a night of dancing and playful banter before heading to bed.

Meanwhile, at the Newman ranch, Victor met with Michael (Christian Le Blanc), determined to escalate his long-running feud with Jack. He instructed Michael to uncover Jabot’s future plans, making it clear that he wasn’t done with the Abbott family.

At Society, Summer (Allison Lanier) praised Kyle’s efforts with Harrison’s school project and invited him to dinner. However, Kyle declined, as he had plans with Claire and Victor. Concerned about Victor’s influence, Summer worried about Kyle’s well-being. Later, Victor grilled Kyle over his intentions with Claire, reminding him of his past mistakes. Though Claire defended their relationship, Victor remained skeptical.

Wednesday, February 19: Newman vs. Abbott Tensions Rise

The tension between Victor and the Abbott family continued as he confronted Kyle, insisting that his romance with Claire was doomed. Nikki intervened, offering Claire support, but Victor remained firm in his stance. Meanwhile, Jack and Diane ran into Victor, leading to a heated exchange where Victor cryptically warned that their happiness wouldn’t last.

At the club, Michael voiced concerns about Victor’s ongoing feud with the Abbotts, but his loyalty to Victor remained unwavering. Ignoring Victor’s call, he instead spent the evening with Lauren (Tracey Bregman).

Elsewhere, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) worried about Phyllis’ sudden disappearance. Summer, however, dismissed his concerns, leading to an argument about her fixation on Kyle.

Thursday, February 20: Damian’s Struggle with His Past

Audra and Nate spent the morning together when Amy (Valarie Pettiford) arrived, exhausted from overthinking. She confided in Nate about her frustration over Damian’s unwillingness to reconnect. Wanting to support her, Nate arranged for an oncologist consultation, which Amy agreed to.

Meanwhile, Damian confided in Holden, revealing that he wasn’t leaving town because of Lily. When he later met Lily, she encouraged him to reconsider his relationship with Amy, reminding him that anger often led to unpredictability. Though initially resistant, Damian accepted her dinner invitation, provided he made peace with his mother first.

At Society, Audra met Holden to convince him to persuade Damian to stay longer, hoping he would reconnect with Amy. Holden hinted that a woman—possibly Lily—was Damian’s reason for sticking around. Meanwhile, Damian arrived at Nate’s penthouse, surprising Amy.

Elsewhere, Daniel grew increasingly concerned about Phyllis’ whereabouts. Unable to shake the feeling that something was wrong, he and Summer turned to Chance (Conner Floyd), who promised to look into her disappearance.

Friday, February 21: Love, Loyalty, and Lingering Doubts

At Crimson Lights, Claire attempted to ease Kyle’s frustrations over Victor’s disapproval. As a token of support, she gifted him noise-canceling earbuds, joking that they could help drown out Victor’s constant criticism. Kyle, however, worried that his relentless pressure would wear Claire down, but she reassured him of her commitment.

Summer soon interrupted, visibly distressed over Phyllis’ disappearance. Seeking comfort, she hugged Kyle, which irked Claire. When asked about dinner with Victor, Summer predicted that he would find a way to break them up. Despite the awkwardness, she eventually left.

Meanwhile, Lily visited Victor, who revealed that Damian controlled two companies under the alias “Aristotle Dumas.” Though suspicious, he remained unsure of Damian’s true motives. After Lily left, Victor contacted Michael with another task, determined to dig deeper.

At Nate’s penthouse, Damian and Amy had an emotional conversation. Amy apologized for her past choices, revealing that she had struggled financially and had no choice but to work multiple jobs. Damian, realizing he had only focused on his father’s pain, acknowledged her struggles for the first time.

Later, Damian admitted to Nate that the conversation had been heavier than he expected. Nate encouraged him to forgive Amy, reminding him that it would cost him nothing. When Lily arrived, Damian, still unsure about his next steps, invited her to dinner to learn more about her.

What’s Next for Genoa City?

As the search for Phyllis intensifies, questions remain about her sudden disappearance. Meanwhile, Victor’s battle against the Abbott family shows no signs of slowing down, and Damian’s journey toward reconciliation could take an unexpected turn. With love, loyalty, and long-standing feuds at the center of the drama, next week is bound to be just as explosive. Stay tuned for more twists and turns in Genoa City!
