The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, August 7, reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will explain her position now that she’s insisting Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has to leave Chancellor. Lily may think that if Billy goes, she can get rid of the wildcard and stop Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) threat to the company.
Of course, Billy will refuse to step down and will argue that Lily needs to stop letting everyone get inside her head.
However, Lily will continue to struggle with doubts about their alliance and whether Chancellor can survive with Billy in the picture.
Although Billy will try to repair their partnership, he could eventually turn against Lily and try to force her out instead of this keeps up.
Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) may have no choice but to get involved and settle the dispute in the coming episodes.
In the meantime, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will reach out to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and most likely admit he didn’t forget a painful milestone.
It’ll be a last-minute save since Sally assumed Adam might’ve forgotten.
It’s been a year since the loss of Ava Spectra, so Adam will end up consoling Sally – presumably over the phone since he’s not supposed to be back with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) until later this week.
Other Y&R spoilers say Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will do his best to fix Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) broken co-parenting relationship, but it seems he’ll fail miserably.
At some point, Kyle will come home in a hurry since there’ll be some accident that involves Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) – one that he blames Summer for.
Jack will try to settle everyone down and perhaps offer a reminder about Harrison being the most important thing here.
Unfortunately, Summer and Kyle’s feud is about to get even worse thanks to Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), who presumably gave Kyle updates on Harrison’s accident and caused him to cut his trip short.
Our Y&R predictions point to Claire getting caught in the middle of some heated confrontations soon, so stay tuned for all the erupting tension.
