Tuesday, February 18, is shaping up to be an intense and drama-filled day on The Young and the Restless, with key characters making major moves.

Victor Newman wastes no time in plotting his next big move, setting his sights back on Jack Abbott and his family.

Meanwhile, Daniel Romalotti grills his sister, Summer Newman, about her feelings toward Kyle Abbott’s budding romance with Claire Grace.

And over at the Abbott mansion, Diane Jenkins pushes for a major change, forcing Jack to make a big decision.

Here’s a closer look at what’s happening in Genoa City on Tuesday’s episode.

Victor’s Latest Revenge Plot Unfolds

Victor Newman is a man who never truly lets go of a grudge, and now that he has survived his showdown with Ian Ward, he’s ready to shift his focus back to business—and more importantly, back to Jack Abbott. After dealing with the threat of Ian, Victor regains his strength and determination, wasting no time in revealing his latest revenge scheme.

On Tuesday’s episode, Victor shares his plans with his trusted ally, Michael Baldwin. While details of his strategy remain under wraps, it’s clear that his primary target is once again the Abbott family, particularly their family-run company, Jabot. Given Victor’s history, his plan likely involves a corporate takeover, a financial scheme, or some other strategic move that will put Jack and his loved ones in a difficult position.

Of course, Victor’s revenge plot will also create tension between Nikki Newman and Jack, who have formed a strong bond over recent months. Claire and Kyle could also feel the impact of this feud, as their relationship may get caught in the crossfire of the Newman-Abbott war.

Daniel Questions Summer’s True Feelings

Elsewhere in Genoa City, Daniel Romalotti takes on the role of the protective older brother as he grills Summer about her thoughts on Kyle’s new romance. Summer and Kyle have a long and complicated history, and while their romantic relationship is currently in the past, Daniel wonders if his sister still harbors feelings for her ex-husband.

As Summer opens up about Kyle’s growing connection with Claire, Daniel picks up on a possible hint of jealousy. Given Summer’s track record, Daniel has good reason to believe she might be struggling with Kyle moving on. While she denies having any lingering romantic interest, Daniel isn’t entirely convinced.

If Summer truly has unresolved feelings, this could spell trouble for Kyle and Claire’s budding relationship. Could she eventually try to sabotage their romance? Or will she accept that Kyle has moved on and focus on her own future? Either way, Daniel’s suspicions may plant a seed of doubt in Summer’s mind.

Jack and Diane’s Big Move

Meanwhile, over at the Abbott mansion, Diane is eager to put her own touch on the family home. She has long wanted to redecorate, but Jack has been hesitant to make significant changes to the house that holds so much family history.

Diane, however, isn’t giving up so easily. She enlists the help of Traci Abbott, hoping that a little extra persuasion might convince Jack to reconsider. Even Traci acknowledges that it will be a challenge to get Jack to agree to any major changes, but Diane remains determined.

On Tuesday’s episode, Jack and Diane finally make a big move. Does this mean Jack has agreed to let Diane redecorate the Abbott mansion? Or could he be taking an even bolder step—perhaps giving Diane her own home where she can design things exactly as she wants?

While the details of their decision remain unclear, one thing is certain: Diane is determined to leave her mark on the Abbott family, and Jack may finally be ready to embrace the changes she brings.

What’s Next for Genoa City?

With Victor reigniting his feud with Jack, Summer’s feelings for Kyle under scrutiny, and Diane making power moves within the Abbott household, Tuesday’s episode of The Young and the Restless promises plenty of drama. Will Victor’s revenge plan succeed, or will Jack find a way to outmaneuver his longtime rival? Is Summer truly over Kyle, or will she find herself drawn back to him? And how will Jack’s decision affect his relationship with Diane moving forward?
