General Hospital Weekly Recap: February 17-21, 2025

The latest week in General Hospital delivered shocking revelations, dramatic confrontations, and unexpected twists, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.

If you missed any of the action, here’s a complete breakdown of what happened in Port Charles from February 17 to February 21, 2025.

Monday, February 17: Elizabeth Takes on Cyrus, Sasha Stuns Jason

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) made a bold move by presenting Jason (Steve Burton) with a briefcase full of evidence against Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

She later handed it over to Anna (Finola Hughes), who wasted no time preparing a warrant for Cyrus’ arrest.

Meanwhile, at his hideout, Cyrus was filling syringes with Digitalis and gathering intel about Liz’s whereabouts.

Elsewhere, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) visited Jason and expressed her suspicions that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) believed Michael was the father of her baby. Later, at the PCPD, Sasha shocked Jason by grabbing him and kissing him—just as Mac (John J. York) walked in and witnessed the unexpected display.

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) caught up over coffee, with Sonny trying to convince Carly that Jason’s personal life was none of her business.

Tuesday, February 18: Romantic Revelations and a Threat at Elizabeth’s Door

Carly found herself cleaning up a baking disaster when Jack (Chris McKenna) arrived with flowers and champagne. After fixing a sink leak, Jack shared a personal detail about his father being a plumber, giving Carly a rare glimpse into his past.

At The Savoy, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) played matchmaker for Lucas (Van Hansis), though the blind date didn’t go as planned. Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) enjoyed their first date, where Trina revealed her father owned the club.

Meanwhile, at the PCPD, Anna pleaded with Jason not to kill Cyrus once he was released. Jason remained noncommittal. Across town, Elizabeth and Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) spent time together and shared a sweet kiss—until an uninvited guest arrived. When Liz opened her door, a menacing Cyrus was standing there.

Wednesday, February 19: Cyrus Confesses, Lucky in Danger

Cyrus forced his way into Elizabeth’s home and offered her a twisted confession. He admitted to attempting to kill Lulu (Alexa Havins) using a drug that caused slow liver failure, then tried to turn off her ventilator. When Sam (Kelly Monaco) interfered by offering part of her liver, Cyrus decided she had to die.

He revealed that Dex had also been a target for getting too close to the truth and warned Elizabeth that she was next. Just as he attempted to inject her with Digitalis, Lucky stormed in—only to be the one who got stabbed instead.

Over at The Savoy, Drew and Willow shared a peaceful evening until Curtis kicked them out. Later, Drew surprised Willow with an invitation to move into his new home.

Meanwhile, Brook Lynn and Lulu had a heated argument at Deception. Lulu accused Brook Lynn of living a charmed life, while Dante reminded Lulu that Brook Lynn and Chase were struggling with fertility issues.

Thursday, February 20: Jason Seeks Guidance, Josslyn Takes Action

After Cyrus fled Elizabeth’s house, Liz did everything she could to revive Lucky before paramedics arrived. At GH, she informed Laura that Cyrus was responsible for Lulu’s liver failure and Sam’s murder.

Meanwhile, Cyrus reached his hideout—only to find Josslyn (Eden McCoy) there, gathering evidence. When Cyrus attacked her with an ax, Josslyn grabbed Dex’s gun and shot him. As he lay dying, he taunted her, calling her a murderer.

Later, Jason visited Sam’s grave and reflected on whether avenging her death would be the right choice. He then sought out Drew, hoping to make peace, but Drew was in no mood after Willow declined his offer to move in.

Meanwhile, Brook Lynn finally revealed to Chase that she had a child as a teenager, a secret she had never shared before.

Friday, February 21: Lucky’s Life Hangs in the Balance, Josslyn Faces the Truth

At GH, Lucky’s condition remained critical. As Elizabeth and Aiden visited him, Lucky suddenly coded. Thankfully, Portia and Isaiah managed to revive him just in time. Meanwhile, Laura told Lulu the devastating truth: Cyrus had been responsible for her liver failure all along.

Josslyn, still reeling from shooting Cyrus, turned to Jack Brennan for help. He advised her not to call the police and instead arranged for the WSB to clean up the scene. He later revealed that he had been watching outside the entire time—testing Josslyn to see if she had what it took to be a WSB agent. Horrified by the revelation, Josslyn rejected any involvement in the spy world.

Meanwhile, Chase reacted with understanding when Brook Lynn confessed to having a child as a teenager. Though surprised, he reassured her that she didn’t have to reveal everything about her past, and they began to process the revelation together.
