General Hospital spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has recently learned a lot more than she wanted to know. First, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) admitted to her that she and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Matheson) have been hitting the sheets.
Sasha was happy to see her good friend smiling once again, but she also warned Nina that a relationship with Drew could only lead to disaster. She had no idea in that moment just how right she was.

Later, Sasha just happened to walk in on Drew kissing Nina’s married daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Sasha was able to leave unseen, but she can’t unsee the illicit act.
Sasha was once involved romantically with Willow’s husband, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) but they are still close friends. Willow and Sasha have also been really close but that will likely change since the kiss. Sasha will have to wrestle with what to do about the situation, if anything.

Sasha has recently taken a job as the Quartermaine cook. She could very well be worried about her job should she get involved by telling anyone what she saw.
But Sasha likely won’t be able to just let this go. Look for her to confide in Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). As much as she may want to reveal what she saw, several lives would be changed forever and Sasha may not feel she is in any position to get involved.
Cody will likely agree advise Sasha to stay out of it, but she may find she just can’t do that.
General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore will confront Willow Tait
Because they are such good friends, Sasha may opt to confront Willow about her kiss with Drew. Sasha cares about both Willow and Michael and will certainly want an explanation.
For her part, Willow will likely be horrified that anyone saw what happened. She and Drew have already agreed that nothing can happen between them and that it was a mistake.
But Sasha may not be so convinced and could even reveal to a stunned Willow that Nina and Drew are sleeping together.
