Even though there have been rumors for months, Maura West’s exit from the show has not been announced-but Adam J. Harrington’s has. So if someone’s going to leave, we know it’ll be Jagger.
The character of Ava may seem written into a corner but she’s survived quite a few things already-the Hook for one, and a bone marrow transplant for a serious illness.
Ava may have to answer for her crimes and sins, but one can never count her out-she could get off with just perjuring herself in court. And Sonny, in his right mind and on the correct meds, could have a change of heart regarding Avery Jerome-Corinthos’ (Ava and Grace Scarola) sole custody.
GH Spoilers: If Sonny Doesn’t Try To Kill Ava, There Are Other Enemies
If Sonny doesn’t try to kill Ava or have one of his henchmen do it, there are other enemies who would, should push come to shove. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is one, she wants Sonny to take Ava out, and even Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) could be pushed too far.
Her father, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is returning and he’s always been at odds with Sonny, but he could send a hit man after Ava too. Either way, Jagger will find himself in a situation where he’ll either go off to prison or he’ll be killed, and right now the two scenarios seem to be a tossup!
And here’s another interesting twist-what if Jagger’s double-crossing Ava-now that Wyndemere’s in play, Ava herself could make her push come to shove and throw him off a parapet in a rage!

Jagger is out of control rogue, as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) discussed with Sonny-what started out as a takedown of Pikeman turned into a personal vendetta against Sonny.
Sonny’s not going to put Avery in danger by targeting her mother, even though at the moment she’s with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) visiting Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears). That’s what led to the discovery of his bipolar meds being placebos, and Ava being suspected of doing it.
Be that as it may, Jagger could get caught in crossfire with someone coming after Ava and die protecting her-a hero. But more likely, he’ll be a zero-as far as his FBI bosses are concerned; and as for Ava’s fate, we’ll have to wait and see.
