General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) was enjoying every moment with Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) this past Friday as she sat painting her nails and bringing her up to speed on idle gossip.
Essentially pleading with her best friend to wake up and surprise them all before it’s too late and she can never wake up again, Maxie made sure to mention that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is happy — and that she felt Lulu would want that for him.It’s why Maxie never told Dante the truth — that Lulu was itching to tell him she still loved him just before she was injured in the explosion at the Floating Rib. Is that about to change though?

Maxie’s chat was interrupted as Dante walked into the hospital room at GH. We expect to see her words to Lulu will spark some conversation with Dante this week, but that doesn’t mean Maxie is suddenly going to tell Dante the truth that she’s kept to herself for the last three and a half years.What would the point be in that now? Lulu is careening toward death, and Dante is actually happy and in love with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). But will Maxie feel Dante deserves to know before Lulu is gone for good?

We trust that hearing the results of further testing carried out on Lulu’s case may leave Maxie feeling like time is of the essence.
Sure, telling Dante the truth about Lulu still being in love with him won’t wake her up, but it definitely will shake him up.Maxie will have to carefully weigh whether she will keep this truth from Dante for the rest of their lives — if Lulu’s is cut short and she knows there is no chance of her ever waking up to tell him herself. It sounds like the truth is about to come out.

Normally they say the truth shall set you free. But in this case, it could leave both Maxie and Dante feeling more trapped than ever.
Dante is already feeling conflicted about his feelings for Lulu and how they impede what he has going with Sam.
Their little family unit is solid and stable, but it’s not what he had with Lulu. Even if she is destined to die soon, knowing how she felt about him and that he did too — and still does — is sure to rattle Dante, and Sam is sure to notice that.
Will Sam hearing the truth from Dante’s lips ease the ache of knowing Maxie revealed this to him and potentially tanked their relationship all in the name of sentiment for a dying woman?
