The February 19, 2025, episode of General Hospital was packed with intense drama, shocking confrontations, and major revelations.

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) continued his terrifying spree, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) found herself speechless
after Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) surprise, and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) once again let her mouth get her into trouble.
Let’s break down the three biggest moments from the episode.

1. Cyrus Renault’s Deadly Plan Takes a New Victim

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) found herself face-to-face with the ever-dangerous Cyrus, who seemed more than happy to answer all of her burning questions.

Knowing that Liz had been digging into his past, Cyrus took the opportunity to explain his twisted sense of mercy.
He justified his actions by claiming he had been “freeing” patients trapped in endless suffering, starting with his niece, Lulu. Cyrus admitted that he had secretly given Lulu a drug that caused her liver failure before later making the decision to turn off her ventilator. He had believed she would never wake up and saw it as his divine mission to end her pain.
But Cyrus didn’t stop there. He also confessed to killing Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) because she had interfered with his plan to keep Lulu from lingering in a coma. Additionally, he revealed that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) had been eliminated because he was getting too close to uncovering the truth.

Then, in a horrifying twist, Cyrus declared that Liz was next. Before she could escape, he grabbed her and attempted to inject her with Digitalis. Just as the situation turned dire, Lucky Spencer (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) burst into the room to save her. A violent struggle ensued, but in the chaos, the deadly syringe ended up in Lucky’s thigh instead. As Cyrus fled, Liz frantically called 911, praying that Lucky would survive.
2. Willow Is Left Stunned by Drew’s Surprise
Meanwhile, at The Savoy, Drew and Willow made an appearance as if they were just another couple enjoying a night out. However, their presence did not go unnoticed—especially by Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), who was less than pleased by Drew’s choice to flaunt their relationship in public.

Curtis wasted no time in pulling Drew aside, making it clear that while Willow was welcome to stay, Drew was not. Furious at being thrown out, Drew grabbed Willow and stormed out of The Savoy. However, his frustration quickly turned into excitement as he revealed a major surprise for her.
Drew took Willow to his newly purchased home—a beautiful property he had been keeping under wraps. As she took in the sight, Willow was visibly impressed. But the real shock came when Drew turned to her and asked her to move in with him.
Caught completely off guard, Willow stood frozen in place, her jaw dropping as she processed his unexpected proposal. Would she accept, or was Drew moving too fast?

3. Lulu’s Words Cause More Trouble Than She Expected
Elsewhere in Port Charles, tensions flared at Deception as Lulu and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) were forced to handle a crisis at work. However, the real fire wasn’t just in business—it was in their heated argument.
Brook Lynn was furious with Lulu over the way she had treated a vendor, but Lulu failed to see why her tone was such a big deal. Instead of taking Brook Lynn’s concerns seriously, she lashed out with a stinging remark about Brook Lynn’s seemingly perfect life.

Lulu insinuated that Brook Lynn had effortlessly landed everything she ever wanted, from her career to her marriage with Chase (Josh Swickard). She even went as far as bringing up Brook Lynn’s future children, suggesting that her life was picture-perfect and filled with endless blessings.
Brook Lynn was visibly taken aback by the comments, but the damage was already done. Lulu, once again, had spoken without thinking, leaving behind tension that was unlikely to fade anytime soon.
What’s Next for General Hospital?

With Cyrus still on the loose, Lucky fighting for his life, and Willow struggling to process Drew’s offer, the drama in Port Charles is far from over. Will Lucky survive the Digitalis injection? Will Willow decide to take a leap of faith with Drew? And will Lulu’s careless words come back to haunt her?
