General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) recently revealed to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) that she had discovered that an unknown third party tampered with Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) bi-polar medication by replacing them with placebos.
Of course, that’s not the whole story. Ava did discovered that someone had altered Sonny’s medication to a quarter his prescribed dosage.
But when she confronted Sonny’s pharmacist, she’s the one who blackmailed him into going even further by switching to only a placebo.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome took over where Valentin Cassadine left off
Unbeknownst to Ava, it was Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) who initiated to medication plot against Sonny. But Ava kept quiet and then when the opportunity presented itself, she made the plan her own which makes her just as guilty as Valentin.
This is all part of Ava’s plan win custody of Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) away from Sonny. And now that knows, the duo plans to provoke Sonny enough in court so that he will explode in anger thus assuring a custody win for Ava.
GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome’s plan could backfire
Ava has made an enemy out of the pharmacist with her blackmail threat. There’s every possibility he could retaliate by testifying against Ava in court.
Perhaps he will contact Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), Sonny’s attorney once he hears about the custody case.
Diana is a whiz when it comes to the law so perhaps she could work out a deal with authorities as long as the pharmacist testifies against Ava once charges are filed. Diana may only agree to help the man if he also agrees to testify in the custody case as well.
General Hospital Spoilers – Will Ava Jerome go to jail?
Ava’s evil plan could not just cost her custody of Avery, but she could also potentially face criminal charges as well.
It doesn’t matter that Ava didn’t initially begin the medication plot, she not only kept silent but then resorted to blackmail and made Sonny potentially even more volatile.
Sonny is so erratic at the moment there’s every possibility he could hurt or even kill someone if he gets angry enough and that blood would be on Ava’s hand. She could go to prison for a very long time.
