General Hospital Spoilers: Will Jason Take Anna’s Advice And Make A Fresh Start In Port Charles
General Hospital spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has an opportunity to make significant changes in his life.
Ever since Jason started working for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) decades ago, the course of Jason’s life was pretty much set. Jason worked his way up in Sonny’s organization, eventually becoming his right-hand man and enforcer.
Jason was happy to do whatever Sonny asked of him, including murder. Jason’s dangerous lifestyle has had serious consequences for his love life and his relationship with his sons.
General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Was Presumed Dead For Over Two Years!
But almost three years ago, Jason was caught in a cave-in on Cassadine Island. He found his way out of the rubble but before he could reunite with Sonny and the rest of Port Charles, the FBI took him into custody.
Led by FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington), Jason was blackmailed into going undercover.
Jason did exactly as he was told in order to protect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) from prosecution and possibly going to prison for at least twenty years. Jason is now out from under the FBI’s control.
GH Spoilers – Anna Devane Gave Jason Morgan Some Advice
Jason seems poised to rejoin Sonny’s organization and the two of them have most definitely reconciled. But Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) warned Jason that he has a chance to choose a different path.
Anna knows that Jason has two young sons and the best way to have a relationship with them is to stay out of the mob for good.
Jason responded by calling out Anna’s own hypocrisy since she recently let Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) escape from the FBI by warning him that he had been outed as the head of the Pikeman Group.
General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Is At A Crossroads!
While Jason does seem ready to rejoin the mob, Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) may have other plans for Jason. Look for the WSB agent to present Jason with an intriguing offer.
Perhaps Brennan knows of a way Jason can still live on the edge without rejoining Sonny’s criminal empire.
Perhaps Brennan wants Jason to freelance for the spy organization. It’s still not clear why the WSB suddenly needs a field office in Port Charles, but it seems likely it will eventually involve Jason one way or another.
