The latest episode of General Hospital was packed with emotional confrontations, surprising revelations, and tense negotiations.

From Lulu’s heartfelt apology to Kristina, to Sonny and Ava’s battle over Avery, and Natalia’s shocking connection to Jenz Sidwell, the drama in Port Charles is heating up.

Lulu’s Emotional Apology to Kristina

Lulu made an unexpected visit to Charlie’s, catching Kristina off guard. With a mix of nerves and sincerity, she explained that she had been working up the courage to apologize.

“Your sister saved my life at the cost of her own,” Lulu told Kristina, acknowledging Sam’s ultimate sacrifice.

She revealed that she prayed for Sam daily, recognizing the profound loss Kristina and her family had suffered.

The two shared a heartfelt moment as they reflected on Sam’s selflessness, agreeing that she had always been the type to help someone in need.

Kristina, however, made it clear that what Sam did for Lulu and Lulu’s recovery were two separate things. Lulu struggled to reconcile this, admitting that she couldn’t truly honor Sam’s memory without understanding just how much was lost. Wanting to learn more, she asked Kristina to share the story of Sam and Dante’s love. Kristina was more than happy to oblige, giving Lulu a glimpse into their past.

Just as the conversation deepened, Lulu received a message, realizing she was late for a meeting. She quickly said her goodbyes and rushed off.

Jenz Sidwell’s Hidden Agenda

Over at General Hospital, Dr. Lucas Jones treated Jenz Sidwell, who had come in with a tick bite. Sidwell mentioned that he likely picked it up on Spoon Island, a comment that piqued Lucas’ curiosity. Having spent time at Wyndemere himself, Lucas asked Sidwell how he was enjoying life there.

Sidwell responded cryptically, saying he was working with a local gallerist to update the property. When Lucas casually mentioned that Ava Jerome was his aunt, Sidwell’s reaction was notable. He squeezed Lucas’ arm as he thanked him, complimenting his bedside manner with an eerie smirk before departing.

Sonny and Ava’s Heated Custody Battle

Determined to settle things with Ava, Sonny showed up at her door with an ultimatum. Ric Lansing and Ava staged the situation as a legal meeting before letting Sonny in. Wasting no time, Sonny laid out his offer.

“Deal with it now, or you lose in court. It’s up to you,” he told them, proposing a return to their original shared custody agreement—on the condition that the fighting stopped immediately.

Ric scoffed at the offer, arguing that Sonny knew he would lose in court and was trying to cut his losses. He urged Ava to reject the deal and take Sonny to court for full custody.

Ava was skeptical, questioning what would stop Sonny from going back on his word. Ric pushed further, bringing up the firebomb incident as proof that Avery wasn’t safe with Sonny.

Sonny shot back, warning Ava that if she took him to court, his lawyer, Diane, would come at her just as hard. He reminded her that this fight wasn’t about them—it was about Avery.

Torn between legal advice and her daughter’s well-being, Ava ultimately agreed to a 50/50 custody split. Sonny accepted and promised to have Diane draft the paperwork.

Ric was livid, convinced they could have won in court. But Ava stood firm, saying Avery needed her father. She admitted that before Ric came along, she had been too focused on hurting Sonny and was ashamed of it. More than anything, she didn’t want Kristina to be dragged into court and forced to relive the past.

Alone at last, Ric was still frustrated, but Ava had other things on her mind. She teasingly asked, “However will we pass the time?” before the two shared a passionate kiss.

Natalia’s Past with Sidwell Revealed

Later, in the hospital parking lot, Natalia nervously asked a nearby man if he had a cigarette. Before he could answer, a familiar voice interrupted her.

“I thought you gave up that filthy habit years ago,” Jenz Sidwell remarked, appearing from the shadows.

Natalia stiffened but quickly regained her composure. “I gave up a lot of things that were bad for me,” she replied coolly.

Sidwell smirked, seeing right through her. “Including me. Seeing how you slipped out of that meeting, I take it you haven’t told your coworkers we were married once upon a time.”

With that bombshell, Natalia’s secret connection to Sidwell was out in the open. The question now is—what does Sidwell want, and how will Natalia handle his presence in her life once again?

More Drama Unfolds in Port Charles

Meanwhile, Sasha found herself in an awkward situation with private investigator Elaine, who revealed that she had been looking into Sasha’s past. Elaine warned Sasha to watch her back, as someone else was also investigating her.

Elsewhere, Jason received a surprise visit in jail—not from his lawyer Diane, but from Sam’s grieving mother, Alexis. Overcome with rage and sorrow, Alexis admitted she wanted Cyrus dead and even contemplated taking justice into her own hands. Jason, however, urged her not to go down that path.

On the hospital roof, Molly and Cody found themselves in an unexpected predicament after getting locked out. As they tried to find a way down, Cody resorted to dropping his pants to get someone’s attention, much to Molly’s amusement. Lucas and Isaiah eventually rescued them, but not before sharing a good laugh at Cody’s expense.

Back at Deception, Lulu’s past clashed with business when she confronted Jenz Sidwell during a meeting. Furious over his past crimes against her brother Lucky, she openly challenged him, forcing Sidwell to leave. Lucy was enraged, knowing Sidwell was crucial to saving the company. Despite the backlash, Maxie agreed with Lulu, insisting they needed to learn everything about Sidwell before getting into business with him.

What’s Next for Port Charles?

With so many secrets unraveling and tensions escalating, General Hospital continues to keep fans on the edge of their seats. How will Natalia handle her past with Sidwell? Will Sonny and Ava’s truce last, or will Ric push her to fight back? And will Alexis let go of her thirst for vengeance, or will Jason be forced to intervene?
