It’s hard to find a character on General Hospital who stirs up more controversy than

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Once a beloved figure, Drew has now fully embraced his villainous side, leaving a trail of enemies in his wake. While his list of allies grows shorter by the day — seemingly limited to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and his daughter Scout

(Cosette Abinante) — his list of rivals is expanding at an impressive rate. Among his most

notable adversaries are Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Each of these formidable women has her own reasons for despising Drew, and recent developments suggest that they might just put their differences aside to bring him down once and for all.

Let’s start with Carly. Once Drew’s close friend — and at one point, romantic partner — Carly now finds herself filled with loathing for him. The breaking point came when Drew exposed Michael’s (Chad Duell) affair, ultimately blowing up Michael’s marriage to Willow. As if that wasn’t enough, Drew has repeatedly interfered with Michael and Willow’s family, overstepping boundaries and causing more harm than good. Carly, already on edge due to her son’s ongoing health crisis, was enraged when Drew had the audacity to blame her for Michael’s suffering. This betrayal cut deep, and Carly has since been determined to take Drew down, even if it means teaming up with someone she previously considered an enemy — Nina.

Nina and Carly’s history is long and bitter, filled with accusations, heartbreak, and blame. Nina holds Carly responsible for the death of her daughter Nelle (Chloe Lanier), while Carly blames Nina for the end of her marriage to Sonny (Maurice Benard). These two women were never supposed to be on the same side. Yet, Drew’s destructive behavior has pushed them to form an unlikely alliance. The final straw for Nina came when Drew began dating her daughter, Willow, turning what was already a messy situation into something far worse. Nina’s anger doesn’t stem from jealousy — it’s rooted in the belief that Drew is poisoning her daughter’s life. Desperate to loosen Drew’s hold over Willow, Nina proposed a truce to Carly. In a stunning turn of events during the March 12 episode, Carly even suggested planting evidence to bring Drew down. It’s a bold, ruthless move — one that signals just how far Carly is willing to go to stop him.

And then, there’s Tracy. The Quartermaine family matriarch is no stranger to feuding with her relatives, but her hatred for Drew burns hotter than any previous family spat. Tracy blames him for the collapse of Michael’s marriage and resents how he exploits the Quartermaine name for his own selfish gains. When Drew tried to move the family crypt — a move that struck a nerve with Tracy — she made her feelings clear. In one of her most cutting remarks yet, she told Drew that the only good thing about her late brother Alan’s absence is that he doesn’t have to see what Drew has become. It’s a brutal, unforgiving sentiment that underscores just how irreparable their relationship is. Tracy is prepared for an all-out war, and considering her history of ruthless power plays, she’s not a woman to underestimate.

The real question now is: will Drew’s behavior push Carly, Nina, and Tracy into an official, united front against him? For many fans, this would be a dream team. Each woman has a history of plotting spectacular revenge when wronged, and the idea of them combining forces is tantalizing. The potential for unforgettable, must-watch scenes is through the roof. We’ve already seen Carly and Nina manage to bury the hatchet — albeit temporarily — to focus on a common enemy. So, why shouldn’t Tracy follow suit? As the old saying goes, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.”

If this powerhouse trio does come together, Drew won’t know what hit him. The combined cunning, strategy, and sheer willpower of Carly, Nina, and Tracy would be enough to dismantle anyone — even someone as manipulative as Drew. However, it’s hard to imagine this alliance lasting for long. Secrets have a way of surfacing in Port Charles, and when Carly and Tracy inevitably learn about Nina’s own scandalous entanglement with Drew, the entire arrangement could implode. There’s also the matter of Cody (Josh Kelly), whose bar fight with Drew may hold even more unspoken truths that Tracy hasn’t acknowledged yet.

In the end, Drew’s downfall seems all but inevitable. Whether Carly, Nina, and Tracy remain united long enough to see it through remains to be seen — but one thing’s for sure: Port Charles is in for a dramatic showdown, and fans won’t want to miss a second of it.
