General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the writers never give Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) much to do on any given day, but there’s a story that she could easily be inserted into.
Sam is already concerned about Drew Quartermaine’s (Camern Mathison) run for Congress and how this could affect Scout Quartermaine’s (Cosette Abinante) life.
Drew is inviting political scrutiny that could lead to trouble, so Sam understandably just wants to make sure Scout isn’t dragged into anything.
However, GH spoilers say that may be unavoidable if Drew’s scandalous secrets go public.
In the meantime, what if Sam discovers some of the things that Drew’s been hiding? It’d be simple for Sam to eavesdrop on a very revealing conversation between Drew and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Sam might overhear some talk about Drew’s kiss with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) AND the fact that he’s been hooking up with Nina behind closed doors.
It makes sense to have Sam discover Drew’s shockers since she’s already worried about his campaign blowing back on Scout in some way.
This mother-daughter scandal would no doubt be a disaster waiting to happen from Sam’s perspective.
Sam might confront Drew and stress the importance of keeping all this under wraps.
In order to make sure that happens, Sam might push Drew to keep his distance from Nina and Willow as much as possible.
Of course, that’s going to be hard for Drew to do since he works with both of them – not to mention Willow and Nina are pitching in on his campaign efforts.
If Sam finds out about Drew making out with Willow and getting passionate with Nina, she may warn that these revelations could end Drew’s political career – at least if they get exposed.
The press would have a field day with all this, especially since Willow’s is married to Drew’s nephew.
Sam might wind up in a situation where she’s forced to keep Drew’s secrets from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Sam would have to decide whether to come clean to him and put him in a tight spot with his brother.
Regardless, you can bet Drew’s messy mistakes will come back to haunt him sooner or later, so we’ll bring you predictions on how things will erupt.
