General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is blissfully unaware of his wife’s recent shocking betrayal.
As viewers know, Michael’s wife Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) recently shared a passionate kiss with Michael’s uncle, Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson).
Although Willow and Drew agreed nothing like that will ever happen again, they may not be able to deny their attraction going forward. They could even end up in bed if their passion get the better of them.

As viewers know, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Michael were once romantically involved. Even though they separated, they have remained close friends ever since.

Michael has been devoted to Willow through some really terrible times. He stood by her when she almost died from leukemia although she kept her illness from him for months.

It wouldn’t be a bit surprising if Michael retaliates in anger, perhaps by kissing Sasha. Michael may even realize he still has feelings for his ex.

If Michael does indeed share a steamy kiss with Sasha, it wouldn’t only hurt his marriage but Sasha’s growing relationship with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Cody has been Sasha’s hero for the past year, so it would devastate him if Sasha suddenly has feelings for another man.He could even potentially leave town, since Sasha is a big part of the reason that he’s stuck around this long.
No matter what, the situation between Drew and Willow will have much larger repercussions for several people in their circle. Lives could be turned upside down once the secret is revealed!
