by a blatant product placement for credit-checking service ClearScore.

The moment showed Ste using the app to assess whether he could afford to buy his son, Lucas, a new laptop.

As Ste scrolled through the options on the app, he says to Lucas: “Have you seen this? They’ve shown me some options based on my financial situation, and it looks like I can get you that laptop for your studies.”
