Next week on Coronation Street, drama takes a horrifying turn as Daisy Midgeley and Daniel Osbourne find themselves caught up in a devastating car accident.

With tensions already running high, this shocking incident could change their lives forever.

The chaos begins when Daisy hands Jenny Connor a legal document, urging her to sign over the Rovers Return to Daniel Osbourne in order to settle debts with Carla Connor.

Jenny, feeling betrayed and cornered, lashes out at Daisy, blaming her for the loss of the pub.

A heated argument follows, and emotions spill over as Jenny drinks heavily to cope with the turmoil. In her drunken state,

she makes an unexpected and inappropriate pass at Kit Green, adding further complications to an already messy situation.

Meanwhile, David Platt is dealing with his own troubles.

After being confronted by his former prison mate, Andy Garland, who is wielding a knife and delivering a chilling message from Harvey, David spirals into a state of distress. He masks his fear, but Shona notices his unusual behavior and tries to reassure him. However, her efforts fall short as David turns to alcohol, downing vodka in the pub at lunchtime, much to the concern of Nick and Sarah.

As the drama unfolds, Jenny confesses to Daisy that she embarrassed herself in front of Kit. In another twist, Kit confronts Daniel and suggests he seek proof that he is truly the father of Daisy’s baby. The conversation leaves Jenny uneasy, while Daniel immediately approaches Daisy and demands she swear on the baby’s life that he is the father. Overwhelmed by the pressure, Daisy panics and bolts from the pub.

Things take a terrifying turn when David, heavily intoxicated, stumbles into the road. Just as Shona arrives and spots a car speeding towards him, Daisy unexpectedly appears. The vehicle plows into both Daisy and David, leaving them lying motionless in the street.

The shocking accident sends shockwaves through Weatherfield, as Nick, Sarah, Daniel, Jenny, and Kit rush out of the Rovers to find Daisy and David in critical condition. Shona desperately tries to stop David’s bleeding, fearing he may not make it. Jenny and Daniel, meanwhile, kneel beside Daisy, urging her to wake up as they worry about her unborn child. Kit quickly calls an ambulance, but the situation looks grim for both victims.

Elsewhere on the cobbles, Sally Metcalfe arranges a dinner with Kevin, Abi, Debbie Webster, and Ronnie Bailey in hopes of smoothing over past tensions. However, Kevin misinterprets Ronnie’s actions as flirtation with Abi, leading to further complications.

Meanwhile, Brian Packham is delighted when Julie Carp announces that she’ll be staying in Weatherfield after being invited by Eileen Grimshaw. However, Eileen is left feeling rejected when Julie repeatedly avoids spending time with her. Unbeknownst to Eileen, Julie is secretly attending a palliative care appointment, keeping her illness hidden.

As the dust settles from the car accident, will Daisy and David survive their life-threatening injuries? And how will this latest tragedy impact those around them? One thing is certain – the residents of Weatherfield will never be the same again.
