“When they told me, I was like, ‘Oh!’ It’s really hard to know whether you would prefer for your character to die if you’re going, or to go in the back of a taxi,” Natalie confessed, reflecting on her mixed emotions.
Despite the sadness surrounding Amy’s departure, Natalie has nothing but gratitude for her time on Emmerdale. After the emotional scenes aired, she took to Instagram to express her thanks to the show’s cast and crew, as well as to her loyal fans. In a heartfelt post, she wrote, “Goodbye Amy 💔.
