At Charlie’s, Jason issues a chilling warning to Cyrus, demanding that he keep his

hands off his son. If he ever lays a finger on Danny again, Jason vows that Cyrus will disappear without a trace. With tension running high, Jason forcefully drags Danny away from the confrontation. But before they leave, Danny turns back, his voice filled with accusation as he shouts, “I know you killed my mom!”

The shocking moment leaves everyone in the bar stunned. Kai, watching from a

distance, remarks to Trina, Gio, and Emma about how intense the situation was. Trina, ever aware of the dangers surrounding Cyrus, reminds them that he is not a man to be taken lightly. She recalls the terrifying time he held her and her mother hostage and even shot her father. The memory sends a shiver through the group, reinforcing just how dangerous Cyrus truly is.
Determined to defuse the situation before it escalates further, Kai approaches Cyrus and suggests that he leave. Martin, who has been keeping a close eye on his brother, agrees and quickly escorts him out before things spiral out of control.
With the confrontation over, Trina expresses her gratitude to Kai for standing up to Cyrus. Emma, attempting to shift the focus away from the harrowing event, brings up the topic of animal cruelty. However, Gio senses the inappropriateness of the timing and pulls Emma aside. He gently tells her that Trina is still processing what happened and might not be in the mood to discuss her cause right now. His words come off as critical, accusing Emma of being self-absorbed. Emma, taken aback, explains that she was merely trying to distract Trina and help her move past the trauma. Realizing his mistake, Gio apologizes, and Emma playfully tells him that he can make it up to her by helping hand out flyers for her cause.
Meanwhile, Kai turns to Trina and asks how she manages to remain so composed in the face of such danger. Trina, speaking from a place of deep reflection, shares that she has already endured so much trauma in her life. She refuses to let fear dictate her actions any longer. Instead, she is choosing to take control and live her life on her terms. Kai, impressed by her strength, acknowledges the wisdom in her words.
At the bar, Liz and Lucky discuss the unsettling scene that just unfolded. Liz wonders how Danny even knows about Cyrus, let alone feels bold enough to confront him. Lucky points out that too many people are now aware of Cyrus’ activities, making it increasingly difficult for them to gather evidence against him. If they’re not careful, Cyrus might even flee town before they have a chance to bring him to justice. Lucky insists they need to take whatever information they have to Anna before it’s too late.

Elsewhere in the bar, Kristina chats with Isaiah, reminiscing about how her and Lucky’s fathers once ran a club together. Isaiah, curious about how she came to own the establishment, listens as Kristina explains that she was originally just the manager. However, her father eventually sold it to her, recognizing that she needed a new purpose after the devastating loss of her daughter.
Outside, Martin urges Cyrus to file a formal complaint against Jason, arguing that his threat was serious enough to warrant police intervention. But Cyrus, uncharacteristically, refuses. He insists that he has had enough violence in his life and is now choosing peace. Without another word, he walks off, leaving Martin frustrated.
Later that evening, Lucky is closing up when a familiar song begins to play—the same one he and Liz had danced to the other night before Ric interrupted them. Seizing the moment, Lucky suggests they finish their dance. As they sway together, completely absorbed in the moment, neither of them notices Cyrus lurking outside, watching them through the window with an ominous glare.
Meanwhile, at the PCPD, Dante arrives, only to be met by Anna, who reminds him that he is currently on leave and has no business being at the station. Dante, undeterred, insists that she knows exactly why he’s there. Anna refuses to entertain the conversation, stating that there are no new leads, and orders him to leave. Frustrated, Dante finally relents and walks out.
Inside the interrogation room, Chase questions the superintendent of Cyrus’ building. When asked if Cyrus has been causing any trouble, the super claims that he rarely interacts with anyone and seldom has visitors. However, he does mention one exception—just last week, Cyrus had a visitor. Chase, sensing a lead, shows him a photo, and the superintendent immediately identifies Joss as the mysterious visitor. Chase wastes no time and informs Anna, who orders Joss to be brought in before she puts herself in even greater danger.
At Bobbie’s, Lulu steps behind the counter, taking in the nostalgia of the place. She reminisces about the fond memories she has from her younger years, though she never got the chance to work there like so many others in her family. Her trip down memory lane is interrupted when Chase arrives to take Joss down to the station for questioning. Since Joss is the only employee working, Lulu volunteers to cover for her. However, it quickly becomes apparent that she is woefully unprepared for the job, mixing up orders and falling behind. When Dante walks in, he sees her struggling and offers to help, though Lulu insists she doesn’t need a lecture about overexerting herself.

Despite her best efforts, Lulu ends up burning the toast, causing smoke to fill the restaurant. Rather than getting upset, she and Dante share a much-needed laugh over the disaster. Dante, in a moment of honesty, admits that he hasn’t laughed since Sam’s death. He confesses his fear that moving forward means leaving her behind. Lulu reassures him that he will always miss Sam, but she wouldn’t want him to be stuck in grief forever.
As the night winds down, Emma and Gio continue distributing flyers. Gio hopes that he has been forgiven, and Emma confirms that she had already let it go. She jokes that she can’t stay mad at him when he bats his eyelashes at her. Amused, she points out that Dante also has great eyelashes. Dante laughs, attributing it to his Italian heritage, joking that everyone in his old neighborhood is good-looking.
