The truth about Rose Jackson’s (Christine Tremarco) disappearance is finally revealed next week in Emmerdale.

Shortly after Rose arrived in the village, we discovered she was working with Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) to destroy Kim Tate (Claire King) and Will Taylor’s (Dean Andrews) marriage.

Her plan fell apart in recent weeks, however, due to the fact Rose accidentally spiked Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) instead of Will. Afterwards, Dawn accused Kim of being responsible which resulted in her leaving Home Farm for the B&B.

In the village, Kim then spotted Rose talking to the drug dealer she had seen in her home earlier that day. With this being enough confirmation she was up to something, Kim then went on a mission to find out exactly what Rose was up to, and if anyone else was part of the plot.

At the B&B, as Kim chatted to Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) about what had been going on, Rose was confessing absolutely everything to Will. When Kim got back to Home Farm, her next step was to get rid of Rose. She firmly told her enemy to pack her bags because she wasn’t welcome anymore.

Before they left, Kim asked Rose where she’d like to go, but she failed to respond. Because of this, Kim and Will then put Rose in the boot of their truck and drove to a remote country road instead.

Leaving Rose in the middle of nowhere, it seemed that was the last we had seen of her.

A little while later, a Home Farm Estate car drove up to Rose and picked her up. Before the instalment ended, Rose’s belongings were scattered all over the place – and she had disappeared.

In the aftermath, we have been led to believe either Kim or Will were responsible for Rose going missing. Neither have actually confessed to anything, but are both keen on preventing Dawn (Olivia Bromley) from finding out what happened before her mum left.

In upcoming episodes of the ITV soap, Will feels fearful as he realises the game is up surrounding the lies circulating at Home Farm.

In a series of flashbacks, we will finally learn what happened to Rose – but who was responsible?

And was she killed?
