The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 27,
reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)
will feel like they’re living their worst nightmare at the hospital, where Faith Newman
(Reylynn Caster) and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) were rushed after a car accident.
Nick will comfort Sharon as best as he can, but he’ll be worried as well – especially after what went down with Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes).
In fact, this whole situation will feel like a case of déjà vu as far as Sharon and Nick are concerned.
Cassie was trying to drive drunk Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) home when she crashed the car and ultimately lost her life.
It’s a little different in this case since Faith is in college and an experienced driver, but car accidents can happen to anyone.
It’s still a similar ordeal since Faith was driving drunk Lucy home at the time of the crash.
That could lead to Sharon ripping into Daniel and shouting that his out-of-control child could cost her another daughter.
Since Faith’s head was pretty banged up in the accident, we won’t be surprised if she ends up in a coma – just to drag out the drama and raise the stakes as Sharon continues to spin out.
As for Lucy, she may wake up horrified over causing such a mess for Faith.
Daniel and Heather will certainly have some questions about how this even happened since Lucy was supposed to be grounded.
Other Y&R spoilers say Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will confide in Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins), who actually seems to be Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins) based on the clues that are piling up.
The biggest red flag was “Alan” seemingly not recognizing the Abbott mansion, so there’s a good chance Traci’s devoted boyfriend is Martin posing as his brother.
It looks like Martin secretly survived for one final twin swap, so he’ll continue to dupe Traci and pull her closer by saying all the right things.
Meanwhile, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will make some serious waves when he shows up on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) doorstep.
Despite Adam’s attempts to get rid of him, Sally will insist on hearing Billy out.
Of course, that means Sally will learn that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) came clean about hooking up with Adam in Baltimore.
Since Adam swore he didn’t sleep with Chelsea, Sally will fume as she realizes he lied right to her face.
Y&R fans can expect Sally to once again push for the truth, so Adam will have no choice but to surrender and make a confession this time around.
Our predictions point to Adam losing Sally for good over this, so his world is about to blow up in a big way.
