On today’s The Young and the Restless recap:
Billy and Jack are engaged in a tense conversation at the Society bar. Billy tells Jack he’s nothing if not predictable and Jack reminds his brother he asked for his opinion.
Billy says he didn’t but, as per usual, Jack offered it up. Undaunted, Jack continues saying he doesn’t think the Abbott name belongs on Katherine Chancellor’s company.
Billy notes Chancellor is no longer Katherine’s company. He’s trying to respect everyone’s legacy including his mother’s.
Billy can’t understand why Jack believes he owns the Abbott name. Jack says he simply thinks the Abbott name needs to be respected.
Billy takes Jack’s comment and runs with it. He assumes Jack believes anything Billy does will sully any name he touches as he is a complete screw up.
Jack thinks they should take a deep breath. Billy doubles down saying he wishes Jack would simply admit he believes his brother is simply destined to fail at everything he does.
