General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Arrested in Court – Sonny Med Tampering Comes Out During Custody Drama?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) divulged a secret to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), but she didn’t tell him the whole story. Although Ava tried to act innocent when it came to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) med tampering, GH fans know that’s far from the case.

It’s true that Ava didn’t start out as the person behind Sonny’s altered prescription.

However, Ava ultimately decided to go to the pharmacist and have Sonny put on full placebos.

In other words, Ava took a plot that was already in motion and made it even worse.

That makes Ava just as guilty here, so she needs to pay the price for her actions.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is responsible for ordering Sonny’s meds to be reduced to a quarter of their usual strength.

That’s something the pharmacist might divulge if the authorities ultimately back him into a corner.

However, the pharmacist will also rat out Ava if he eventually lands in a situation where he feels forced to confess.

Ava could go down for blackmailing the pharmacist with this full placebo scheme.

Since Ava has to face a downfall sooner or later, what if it happens in court?

Ava is counting on Scott to push Sonny’s buttons on the stand and prove to everyone just how volatile he is, but maybe Ava will face some courtroom chaos of her own.

The pharmacist might strike a deal of some sort and ultimately take the stand – much to Ava’s horror!

This custody feud could take a stunning turn if it comes out that Ava’s been sabotaging Sonny in an effort to gain the upper hand.

Ava doesn’t want to lose Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), but she may have to worry about a lot more than that once this med tampering situation blows up. Could Ava get arrested right there in the courtroom?

Ava has made Sonny a danger to himself and others with her manipulative actions, so her day of reckoning is looming.

Could Ava’s placebo swap and pharmacist blackmail plot result in some serious charges?
