Emmerdale fans are convinced Ella Forster is hiding something major about her pregnancy.
The soap newbie, played by Paula Lane, made her debut earlier this year – but it was clear she was hiding a huge secret.
And in typical soap fashion, her major bombshell was eventually revealed.
When Ella was 11-years-old, she k.i.l.l.e.d h.e.r best friend and was sent to prison for the crime. After getting released Ella,
who was previously known as Ruth – has since spent the rest of her life, moving around the country.
Arriving at the Dales in January, Ella hoped she could finally settle down, especially as she struck up a romance with GP Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson).
However, when he found out about her being a child k.i.l.l.e.r, Liam called it quits, unable to deal with it, following the m.u.r.d.e.r of his own daughter Leanna (Mimi Slinger).
As a result, Ella fled the village back in June.
However, last week, she made her dramatic comeback after getting into a car accident.
After some persuasion from pal Mandy D.i.n.g.l.e (Lisa Riley), Ella decided to head back to the village – much to the horror of Liam. And in another shock twist, Ella confessed to Mandy that she is pregnant with Liam’s child.
But fans of the beloved ITV soap are certain that Ella is lying about her pregnancy. Over on a Facebook fan page, a fan mused: “Omg Ella pregnant. Who’s the dad?”
Other viewers were quick to share their thoughts that the baby is not Liam’s – but someone else’s.
One fan replied: “I don’t think it is Liam easy for her to say she hasn’t been with anyone else.”
A second wrote: “She‘s probably lying and it’s another man’s.” A third proclaimed: “But is she telling the truth ???. We didn’t hear anyone say it. She told Mandy because mandy will tell Liam.”
